EndgameWave 200 (endless)Spring of StyxBlazing PlumeLightningTop-100 meta

The build that fills the top of every server's leaderboard and the only consistent wave-200 clear: Spring of Styx + Blazing Plume, backed by both Lightning skills purely to unlock the Styx Surge gold potion. It's heavy RNG — a clean 200 usually takes a few restarts.

The four skills

Spring of Styx (Dark) is the backbone — teal ground pools with a huge AoE that slow enemies and cut their Fire RES; it's your top damage up to about wave 90. Blazing Plume (Fire) is the detonate/flame-plume chain that shreds M.RES, P.RES and DEF, and overtakes Styx as your main DPS past ~90. Both Lightning skills (Blazing Bolt + Lightning Chain) are taken almost entirely to unlock the Styx Surge potion — Blazing Bolt also gives gold-on-kill and an awakening that executes low-HP enemies. The 4th slot flexes: Frost Bolt/Blizzard (for the resonance potion) or a Physical skill (for attack speed + the Lucky picks).

Upgrade order

Max Spring of Styx first — rush level 15 for the knockback evolve, then keep it leading (top runs sit around 26–27). Take Blazing Plume to 15 (its evolve) next, then funnel the rest of your picks into it since it scales hardest late. Own both Lightning skills early but DON'T level them — you only need them in your kit for the potion. Always grab the resist-shred picks (Styx −Fire RES, Plume −DEF/−RES), plus Styx pool range, cooldown, extra-pools-per-cast, 'summon a pool on enemy death' and 'auto-attack chance to summon a pool' — together they blanket the whole spawn row. Favour Legendary-rarity upgrades once refreshes are plentiful.

Potions & the shop

The shop is the real engine. Buy refreshes aggressively. The must-have is the Styx Surge potion (unlocked by owning both Lightning skills) — it multiplies your gold income so you can buy far more refreshes and damage potions; getting past ~wave 100 without it is very hard. Also pick up each spell's special potion, the Fire/Dark ult-duration potions, and a few rage-regen potions early for ult uptime.

Stats to chase

Push Crit Rate to 100% as fast as possible, then stop buying it. Pour into ATK and Crit DMG indefinitely. Attack Speed feeds rage (faster ultimates) — buy up to roughly 500–700, then redirect into ATK. Stack Luck early: it raises the rarity of both skills and potions, so the entire run snowballs from a lucky opening. Don't over-invest in single-target, burn or raw rage beyond the first few.

Relics & stage bonuses

Open with shop/luck relics — Merchant's Mask (cheaper shop), Fortune's Edge (luck), Power Crystal, and Potion Chest (helps secure Styx Surge). On the per-stage challenge bonuses prefer 'extra skill pick', then Fire Damage or Luck; from about wave 150 avoid any bonus that adds enemy HP or DEF, as the late bosses can already one-shot your fence with a wide ranged attack.

Tips

  • Both Lightning skills are a means to an end — own them for the Styx Surge potion, don't waste picks levelling them.
  • A great run is decided early: bank Luck and hit the Lucky picks in the first dozen waves, or restart.
  • Past ~wave 150 watch for bosses with a wide ranged attack on your fence — it ends runs suddenly.
  • Runs are long and RNG-heavy; treat restarts as part of the strategy.
HardWave 140–150+Piercing ShotTornadoScatter ShotLuck

A newer, luck-fuelled physical build. Get Piercing Shot and Tornado to level 15 and the shop opens up 'Tempest Dance' — splitting tornados that fire piercing shots plus a ~5000% Crit DMG potion. Scatter Shot powers the Lucky engine. An easy 140s, higher with restarts.

The combo

Tornado delivers the knock-up and an attack-speed buff; Piercing Shot is the damage. Both at level 15 unlock the potion where splitting tornados shoot piercing shots. Scatter Shot is taken only lightly — enough to grab Lucky 1/2/3 and the red luck skill at level 5. Fireball is an optional add that spawns tornados once it hits 15.

How to draft

Scatter Shot to ~5–10 (secure Lucky 1/2/3 + the luck mastery at 5), Piercing and Tornado to 15 for the evolve/potion, then keep stacking damage. The build lives or dies on how much Luck you bank early.

Potions & relics

Buy Luck, ATK and ATK Speed early; take Crit Rate to 100%, then Crit DMG. The Tempest Dance / ~5000% Crit DMG potion is the payoff that makes it a shredder. Relics: Merchant's Mask, Fortune's Edge and Power Crystal (cheaper shop + luck).

Tips

  • Early game is fragile — survive until the Crit DMG potion comes online, then it melts the board.
  • Prioritize 'extra skill pick' stage bonuses, then Luck.
  • Like the Styx build, a perfect run is RNG-heavy and expects restarts.
EndgameEndless (Luck-scaling)Burning FeatherBlizzardSpring of StyxScatter ShotLuck

A luck-scaling build where Burning Feather is your main damage, Blizzard is mandatory control, and Spring of Styx rounds out the elements — all fed by Scatter Shot's Lucky picks. The payoff is the Blizzard Exclusive Potion: Luck +40 that converts 100% of your Luck into area damage, so every point of Luck you bank turns straight into DPS. It's a deep RNG build that rewards many restarts.

The four skills

Burning Feather (Fire) is the engine — your primary damage skill, so take every pick to the level-3 cap and favour Gold picks that carry an on-hit effect (flat damage comes after). Blizzard (Frost) is non-negotiable: it's your crowd-control and it unlocks the run-defining potion, with Blizzard Chill maxed being mandatory. Spring of Styx (Dark) is the third element and your AoE spread. Scatter Shot (Physical) is taken only lightly — just enough to grab Luck I/II/III and the 'Lucky' awakening that powers the entire Luck engine.

Draft & upgrade order

Open by locking in the skills you need and rush Scatter Shot to only 5 points — the single hard rule is that one of them is Luck I/II/III (any level). From wave 5, pour everything into Blizzard until it reaches 15 (grab Expansion II/III on the way) to unlock its ultimate. With Blizzard online, pivot to whichever of Spring of Styx or Burning Feather is drafting better and take it to 15 for its ultimate. Aim to finish both the Scatter Shot and Blizzard requirements by waves 15–20. If the RNG is stingy, purple-tier Styx/Feather upgrades are fine to reach an ultimate — Gold is the ceiling, not the requirement.

Recommended picks per skill

Burning Feather — take all its picks to the cap of 3, prioritising Gold and anything with an effect over raw damage; on the awakening, steer clear of Assassin. Blizzard — Expansion 3 and Blizzard Chill 3 must BOTH be maxed (purple or gold); Blizzard Extension, Haste, Overdrive and Blizzard Blade are all useful, one Ice Cone is plenty, and skip anything that only bumps damage or ice damage — avoid the Freeze awakening. Spring of Styx — Expansion 3, Abyssal Calamity 3, Swamp 3, then Razor Edge 1–2, at least one Reaper (finish it to 3 later), and 1–2 each of Overdrive, Proliferate and Celerity; avoid the flat 'increased damage' picks and the Turbo awakening, and try to hit Gold. Scatter Shot — at minimum one Luck; a single Growth III is a fair gamble, Splash feeds more growth, and Rage Regeneration is situational.

Potions & the Blizzard Exclusive Potion

Two potions carry the build: the Firefeather Blizzard Potion and, above all, the Blizzard Exclusive Potion — Luck +40 that converts 100% of your Luck into area damage. That conversion is the whole reason you stack Luck so hard: the sooner it comes online, the faster Luck and gold snowball into damage, so grab it the moment the shop offers it.

Shop, stats & Luck

For the first 50 waves buy nothing but Luck, Attack and Upgrade potions. Start every run by pushing Luck to 500–600 before touching anything else, then buy every attack and upgrade potion regardless of size (once upgrades are plentiful, keep only the medium/large ones). High Luck is the entire flywheel — more Luck means more gold, more gold means more upgrades, more upgrades means more damage, and it even raises the rarity of the potions the shop offers. After wave 50, branch into Crit Rate, Crit DMG and Single-Target/Fire damage. Keep Attack Speed around 600–700 for steady Fury regen and no higher. Above all, Attack is king: a huge damage-percent is worthless on a weak base attack. Skip Dark Damage, Area Damage, Burn, Ice and the narrow Light/Dark potions — your area damage is free from the Blizzard Exclusive Potion, so paying for it is wasted gold.

Relics & boss rewards

Open with the luck/shop relics: Power Gem (after upgrading, defeating enemies grants an extra ability), Merchant Mask (cheaper potions) and Fortune's Edge (the luck-damage boost this whole build leans on). On boss-defeat rewards pick in this order — an extra skill first, then Luck, then Fire damage, then Dark damage; an upgrade or attack reward is also fine when the elements aren't offered.

Tips

  • Attack is the foundation — pump raw ATK; a sky-high damage % does nothing on a weak base attack.
  • Blizzard Chill (maxed) is mandatory — the build simply doesn't work without it.
  • Rush the Blizzard Exclusive Potion; the earlier it lands, the harder Luck snowballs into gold and damage.
  • Your area damage is free from the Blizzard Exclusive Potion — never spend shop gold on Area/Dark/Ice/Burn potions.
  • It's a heavy RNG build; expect many restarts before a clean run.
